About Our Founder
Angela Johnson is the Founder and CEO of RecruitVine, bringing over 16 years of recruiting and HR experience across both public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Penn State and a Master's degree in Human Resources, graduating with a 4.0 GPA from Towson University.
Deeply connected to the financial planning industry thanks to her father and two brothers being Advisors themselves, Angela's journey into the industry began when her father struggled to fill two positions for over a year. When he asked if she'd be willing to provide her recruiting expertise to assist him, she eagerly stepped in and successfully filled both roles within months, inspiring her to start RecruitVine.
Since then, Angela has dedicated herself to helping other financial advisory firms attract and retain top talent. As a small business owner herself, she understands the unique challenges that growing companies face and is passionate about helping them find their ideal employees.
